Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
